Custom Orders I enjoy doing custom work for my customers. The amount of time the order will take depends on the order's size and complexity. If you would like to place a custom order, please contact me after reviewing the following information.
- All custom orders require a 20% non-refundable downpayment before work will begin. For example, if I quote you $100 for a custom bracelet, you must pay $20 for me to start working on your project.
- All custom orders include your review of the piece before final payment is made. You will be able to make modest changes, at no additional cost. Significant re-design will incur additional costs.
- Final payment must be recieved before your item will be sent.
- If, upon receipt you are unhappy with your custom order, you can return it within 2 weeks from delivery date. You will be refunded the price minus the non-refundable downpayment.
- Custom orders receive free shipping in the U.S, and are insured. This means you will need to sign for the package (just a heads up!)
Please let me know the specifics of what you would like when you contact me. I will let you know within 2-3 days (at most) if I can do the order, how long it would take, and the cost. If we agree on terms for the custom order, I will send you an invoice through Paypal, which you can you pay with a credit card, or your Paypal account. |
